This guarantee does not cover damage caused by loose sprocket
bolts, chain derailment or improper installation.

The Titanium II Lifetime Sprocket Guarantee is intended to provide
you with the assurance that if you do happen to wear it out you will
be entitled to a free replacement. There is NO Guarantee in the
world like this from any other sprocket manufacturer, NOT
IRONMAN, NOT RENTHAL, NOT VORTEX, NOT SUNSTAR, NOT
ANYBODY. However the Titanium II guarantee is not an insurance
policy against DAMAGE resulting from the multitude of mishaps that
can commonly come from the activity of riding and/or racing a
machine in the off - road environment. You assume those risks
personally when you choose to ride.

Sidewinder Sprockets will not be liable for any consequential
damages or contingent liability arising out of any defect in material
or workmanship.
You may be requested to return the worn out sprocket to
Sidewinder.

Titanium I sprockets, (our standard Ti-Moly sprockets), are not
Lifetime Guaranteed. Ti-Moly, (Titanium I), are covered by our 1
year Limited
Pro-Rated Warranty. Our complete line of chains have the same 1
year Warranty program. Titanium II sprocket redemptions are
subject to a minor processing & documentation fee. Please keep
your invoice for proof of purchase. You will need your invoice to
exercise your replacement Guarantee.
